We are very proud of our walking trail on the Vedder River......A path along the lower river for 5 or 6 gorgeous miles ......there are access parking lots at at least 4 places and the trail is used by people, horses and bicycles . It as also great for handicapped Scooters ....umm ...scooters with handicapped people in them.....

My family is involved with the Vedder River Cleanup Coalition (we have a small stretch of the river we keep clean) there are hundreds involved.....anyway I trained my dog to do his part in keeping the area clean......it is to bad we can't do something about the horses ....there are dog poo bags set up and most people gingerly deal with that........horses seen to have seniority in the pooping department and can just let er fly.....something seems wrong with scenario.
